William Crawford, Jr.

Wm. Crawford Jr., wife and one child moved to Arizona in ox wagons in about 1877 from Missouri, then back to Missouri in on wagons.  There reared his family until Easter Sunday started to move to Keller, Texas in covered wagons.  This was April 1898.

We had three wagons, an extra team, one pony and a dog.  Took us three weeks.  We had to Ferry Arkansas River and here we have lived happily ever after.

He was president of the first telephone system in Keller.
